We were incredibly pleased with how focused they were on us and helping us build the home of our dreams. They were incredibly attentive and willing to work with us. Unfortunately, as things happen, we had to back out of our contract. While other companies may have kept our earnest money, R5 was incredibly understanding and released all funds that we had contributed back to us. They wished us well and showed genuine hope for us to find a great home. If we ever get the chance to work with R5 again we would do so in a heartbeat.
